What we do

We help to save the life of millions of people from cancer through awareness and treatment support. The cancer has become like a silent Tsunami in Nepal which is taking life of millions of people annually in Nepal.  Additionally the people, who live in the remote parts of the Nepal do not have the knowledge of cancer diseases and are living without any preventative and curative measures on the cancer disease. We ask for your help and presence to join us in keeping her spirit of giving back to our community alive and as we give back to families affected by cancer.

Programs

            A) Cervical Cancer Screening Programme

TUMAMCARE FOUNDATION is screening 4000 women's cervical cancer inside Kathmandu valley and outside Kathmandu. We are focuses in Dhangadi, Dang, Dolakha, Sindhpalchok District. We are doing VIA Test with latest EVA system. The programme is highly demanded. 

B)  National Cancer Awareness Programme(NCAP)

TUMAMCARE FOUNDATION is running national cancer awareness programme targeting 20000 students each year. Our target age is 13-19. The main aim to target them is to spread cancer knowledge home to home and community to community.

C)  World Cancer Day Celebration

World Cancer Day celebration is also the main programme of the organization. On this special day we organize Folk song competition about cancer, Street Drama Demonstration, Cancer Survivors' meet and reputed cancer leaders felicitation programme.

D) Workshops/trainings/sharing meetings on cancer treatments.

E) Mobile awareness campaign.

F) Assessment and development of data base of cancer victims at district, regional and nation a level.

G) Fund Raising

 

Our Mission

Tulasimaya Memorial Cancer Relief Foundation will continuously be working to educate the

public on cancer disease and for the wellbeing of the people living with cancer in

coordination with the various stakeholders.

Goal:

 To help to reduce the incidence of cancer the Himalayas and Nepal while contributing in the

well-being of the people living with cancer.
